Some of our recent projects include:

  1. Authored evangelism report on the importance of channel partner research (Value Added Resellers). This project used secondary/existing research to illustrate how important channel partners are to this software company’s business, and why they are an important segment to continue to fund research for.
  2. Designed, implemented, and analyzed customer satisfaction surveys for a local martial arts studio in Seattle. These surveys help the dojo understand which programs are most important to their students.
  3. Distilled data from a 200 page research study into a 10 page report targeted at high-level decision-makers. This report focused on how the data supports a proposed new service offering.
  4. Assisted a large market research company with a detailed segmentation study. We reviewed and analyzed over 30 interviews with business customers and hosted service providers to understand the characteristics of the service providers and what offerings are most important to their customers.
  5. Managed mix-modal research project (qualitative and quantitative) focused on ‘private cloud’ strategy in mixed-source IT environments.
  6. Designed survey and analyzed data for local school district testing a new advanced learning high school program.
  7. Created a survey, analyzed findings and conducted ideation session for school district task force to understand families’ program satisfaction and ideal program characteristics. This data will be used to design advanced learning programs and manage ongoing capacity issues within the district.
